I see you by your dresser doing your make-up
Fluttering a Chinese fan in a Knoxville fashion
All last night you tossed and turned
Your body was hotter than the night Richmond burned
You say you had a bad nightmare about tractor trailers crashing - The Felice Brothers

Person Pitch
This one might make my list. It's growing on me, and is one of the few adventurous records I have heard so far this year.

Amon Tobin - Foley Room
Grinderman - st
Kieran Hebden & Steven Reid – Tounges
Euros Childs – Bore Da
Pantha Du Prince - This Bliss
Radicalfashion - Odori
The Good, The Bad & The Queen
Pole - Steingarten
Deerhunter - Cryptograms
I've listened to Boris's Rainbow, Black Elk's debut and Bill Callahan's Woke on a Whaleheart as much as anything else this year but I think they all fall foul of Mitchell's draconian release date restrictions. An Ethereal Oracle owns too but Im not sure when that came out. I’ve bought a fuck-load of ep's and 12"s so far this year so Ive been neglecting LP's a bit.
