why i hate working in the production department of an ad agency: a rant by gena forgo. you'd thin kthat when at an ad agency everything would go smooth like clockwork due to organization. i mean, they make you montrack your work by the quarter hour, dont you think theyd know what the correct and most uptodate logo for their biggest client would be. or maybe theyd have all the imagery on time for their NE NEW biggest client? FUCK NO. ive worked on this same god damned ad campaign, on these same god damned cowbos for two months, making minor tweaks to backgrounds, changing the eyes of horses, making a line of text 1 pixel to the right, then 2 t to the left, and then back to the right again. i h ive done the ame layout over. and over and over again. and i dont so much mind, i mean i do. its frustrating to work 30 hours one week on something jsut to come in and find out that you need to do it again. and dont even get me started on RETOUCHING A PHOTO
