stop megauploading so many albums support artists you like if you want people to buy them, convince them with words, or maybe a sample song. stop uploading whole albums

i buy what i like. but i like to buy things that i'm certain of. i hate blowing off money of an album that only has 3 good tracks on it. i'm sure there're a lot of people here who follow the same idea.

i'm not very good at describing the music. i know if i like something but i can't expplain very well why i like it. this thread is for people to share their favourite rap albums. it's not necessary to upload them, but it won't be too bad to upload them either, i think.

yes! i found mr. hood for like 4.99 at a used cd store in rural ohio back before the reissue had dropped -cant tell you how excited i was. I think 'peachfuzz' was on the original dj dee mixes? anyway thats a great album, love the production. btw i don't mean to be a dick about the megauploads but a lot of these dudes aren't exactly raking it in these days, and i don't think there's anything wrong with encouraging people to buy this stuff. If they really want to download it they'll put the work in to do it, but at least this way its not just a trout resource but a thread with actual content

upload away! for real, if you want to support an artist, go see them in concert and buy a tshirt. they'll get much more money from that than the sale of an album

"After much thought into this, I have finally come to a conclusion as to why the ‘Meet the Spartans’ commercial is so funny:

It is an interesting choice to have Sanjaya sing ‘I’m not gay,’ as his final words on earth. As he is plummeting into a seemingly bottomless pit, he does not say ‘dear god no,’ ‘I love you mom,’ or even simply ‘argh.’ He instead takes the moment to reaffirm to the world, in spite of their doubts, that he is not a homosexual. Not only that, but he continues to sing, despite falling to his certain death. The distinct lack of plausibility of this situation is what produces giggles from our mouth. It is the antithesis to the belief that ‘it’s funny because it is true.’

I generally hope if people like something they'll buy it anyway. I try to, only problem is I end up with a backlog a lot of the time. Cheers for the KMD, always meant to get around to that. It's DOOM and his late brother, right?
Well cool on the web like Spiderman.

Cam'ron feat Jay-Z & Juelz Santana "Welcome to NYC"

Very underrated album, i'm having trouble upping the whole thing, but enjoy the track, it's a hidden gem on the album

well, i thought it was one of their best choices for a rap record of the year. it's definitely better than clipse. and everyone liked that one.
