Hmmm... A toss-up between Garry Puckett's "Young Girl" and Coil's "Anal Staircase," maybe?

I would say something by The Swans or The Frogs except that they make me feel all warm inside. And that can't be evil, can it?

Einstürzende Neubauten - "Armenia": Never fails to terrify the beejeezus out of me. It's basically a funeral dirge with an evil German voice yelling stuff over top while saws and drills whirr in the background.

"'I Love My Dad' is the only one that slightly annoys me, maybe because I never loved my dad."

speaking of Einsturzende Neubauten this is probably the only song to ever legitimately creep me out <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.c...></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.c...7VYQSqVQ&hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>

i'll go with "Golgotha Tenement Blues" by Machines Of Loving Grace off The Crow soundtrack.
"Their early work was a little too new wave for my tastes, but when Sports came out in '83, I think they really came into their own, commercial and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost. He's been compared to Elvis Costello, but I think Huey has a far much more bitter, cynical sense of humour."

"Black Sabbath" by Black Sabbath. I've heard scarier songs ("knoxville girl" is up there); I've heard grosser (pretty much every cannibal corpse tune), but "black sabbath" is satan in song form. Most evil song ever.
