Wow. My condo association fees (might as well be rent) are almost $325 on top of a mortgage and HELOC.

Most of you fuckers probably make more money than me but my home/property situation is likely better than many of ya. Though I usually cause more damage during home repairs than actual repair work. Hell of a drunk mower, though.

There's nothing more that I would like than to buy a nice house in a remote location in IL that is affordable. Alas I chose to work in the rich ass suburbs and a commute will be out of the question at this point. I'm driving 45 minutes each way from my P's to work and it's driving me up the wall. I envy your situation Numpties

Technically, I live in a house. The top floor is a separate unit. It's a pretty sweet arrangement actually, because our place is nice and roomy.

The northern redneck fundamentalists and the long-ass winters dampen my enthusiasm at times, but yeah it's a nice place if you're not too uppity.

This guy was trying to sell me 30 grams of shake for like 100 bucks yesterday, but I usually don't fuck with it. He might convince me in the coming weeks though...

Are you serious? Those are Chicago high-rise assessments. Man.

I've lived in a house for 5 years. I hate that my address says Chicago but feels suburban. Plus, yardwork sucks. So it's on the market, and I'm looking at lofts and townhouses.
