And this is how you end one:
Every Sunday morning I wake up
I see you by your dresser doing your make-up
Fluttering a Chinese fan in a Knoxville fashion
All last night you tossed and turned
Your body was hotter than the night Richmond burned
You say you had a bad nightmare about tractor trailers crashing
- The Felice Brothers

Well sure, "bells and whistles" don't mean nearly as much as the music being played, but in a big concert, I don't see how anyone could think that they don't add to the fun.

Such an amazing performance of Astronomy. So ahead of it's time, you can clearly hear several current bands in that piece.

Pink Floyd always knew how to start a show. There are several good bootlegs from the 1994 tour.

Yeah nothing has topped that 94 tour in terms of light shows.

Pulse is easily in my top 5 for music dvds and they say that wasn't even the best show on the tour.

Closing a show it doesn't get much better than this, for my money:

its like a group of nerds just get together to self indulge their self, just like sound opinions message board.

I was just wondering where this month's pointless Pink Floyd thread was and true to form here it is.
Nice bowl of Crunchy Nut you got here, pretty expensive as I recall.

Yeah, the CD performance was better...but still better all around then Delicate Sound of Thunder.

Also worth noting is the bizarro sound effects mix that plays on the PA before the show even starts...birds chirping and in flight, crickets, an occasional airplane whizzing by...you can hear that on the Pulse DVD photo gallery.

Popmart did. I was at both. However, nothing has even come close to either of those tours that I have ever seen.
