really solid release from these Jersey punks.. sounds like a (heavily) SPRINGSTEEN-influenced AGAINST ME! with a sprinkle of THE CURE at times. a good summer rock record...good drinking or driving music.... [codebox]http://rapidshire.co...e-2008.zip.html[/codebox]

Yeah, this is actually really solid. Why do they continue to tour with shitty bands like Rise Against, though?
Just say something perfect, something I can steal.

saw these guys tonight as i've been loving '59 Sound... they're the real fucking deal super super tight live band who appear to be pretty young (early to mid 20's). pretty sure they'll be signed in the next 6 months.

this is the biggest Springsteen rip off i've ever heard. and its awsome. The 59' Sound accoustic version sounds like it could belong on Nebraska.

ok this is really, really good. wow. just good old fashioned rock 'n roll here. nothing fancy or frilly about it. dudes with guitars singing about things that dudes sing about.

yeah, seriously into this thing right about now... love how they embrace the Springsteen influence and in the the lyrics to that one song, "at nite i wake up with sheets soaking wet and i think you know the rest" or something like that. whoa... they are playing tomorrow nite at The Congress with Rise Against and Alkaline Trio. decisions.

I saw that, too. I think seeing them in a smaller venue would be >>> seeing them in a shit venue surrounded by smelly punk kids. I shall hold out and stick to my 'go see the Melvins' plan, instead.

y'know... mine was the same lineup, granted i got in free, but it was worth the drive to the suburbs to see these guys but yeah, an Alkaline Trio show in their hometown i'd imagine is pretty crazy, so maybe notsomuch headlining US tour in March apparently, after Europe
