Creepy is too sujective for me to comment. I can certainly be a creep, to those who earn it.
The rest of the time, I'm just being a dick, which I'm pretty sure is a full time hobby shared by many on this board.
But "creepy," as in raincoat-wearing-guy-in-a-van creepy? Really? That'd seem like a bit of a stretch to me.
Of course, your perceptions are your own.
