Probably can't do much better than this.Rocks Off and Moonlight Mile
"Salt Of The Earth" is so great, though. And "Gimme Shelter." Pretty good band.

Damo Suzuki: So, um, yeah. Getting older isn't as bad as it sounds. Better than being young & poor (DjDrake) or young & slutty (SG) or young, poor and slutty (Paves); am I right?
Alright, my friends. It's time for another solid little rock jam

I'd go with these as well. The intro of Gimme Shelter is one of the greatest ever.gimme and moonlight for me. can't believe how strongly MM is doing actually.

The intro of Gimme Shelter is one of the greatest ever.
Yes it is.
I would add that the Stones' only rival is Motown in regard to the creative, tasteful, song-supportive use of percussion instruments, and here is a damn good example.

If Jagger still cared, he'd give you a wet, sloppy kiss for that. Charlie might still.

has any band ever had as good a run as this band did from 67 - 73?
bands today MIGHT release 3 albums in that time frame.
staggering.
And those three records will encapsulate a whole career arc - Powerhouse debut; sophomore jinx-cum-mid-career-slump; final record everyone's desperate to love and overpraises.

An awesome build in that intro, almost like "Papa Was A Rolling Stone" without the strings. This was my Opener choice, too.
YCAGWYW should be an opener (wow, I had no idea!), so that was my Close choice.

Might as well throw my Last.fm page here, too.
