Yay! I already have Bruegel's 1 and 2 on vinyl (the 'v' word might be what yer missing, Mr. James D. Not in a HiFi+ sense, but more because the grooves fit the grooves in a way the digital has failed to for me! For me). Now I needs (most of) the rest.

I realised as I was typing up my list today that the only albums in my top 30 that I don’t own a physical copy of are "coincidentally" the ones that aren't available on vinyl. Strange that.

The new Landstrumm arrived today and I've been at it twice already...all six sides. Fookin brill.

or maybe rounding them, again and again, slowly inching your way to the middle with each rotation?

:D

Anybody who has WCWBLU as his number two is a saint in my book. Well played Sir.

If only, Rez. If only.

Far too many fractals in my life for that.

Anyone guess where I first heard the word 'fractal'?

I need to listen to that new Squarepusher. Also- how's the Four Tet?

It bored me to death. I don't know why, or how, since I don't get bored easily, but I didn't feel this one at all.

new Squarepusher was not good at all. i listened to the first 3 tracks and bailed on it.

turrible.

wow Deerhunter is showing up on a lot of lists. If even 1/2 of the people who are voting for that record heard THE DEAR HUNTER there might be some justice on how great a songwriter Casey Crescenzo is. That being said, I know people who enjoy both, but like Deerhunter more.

He should've stayed with TREOS, Between the Heart and the Synapse is an awesome album. The Earth Sings Mi Fa Mi and Act II: The Meaning Of, And All Things Regarding Ms. Leading not so much.

Holy shit, you like good music. Is that the first vote for the new Dead C? There will be at least two more votes for that during the next couple weeks and probably no more than that. Quality list, anyway.

Damo Suzuki: So, um, yeah. Getting older isn't as bad as it sounds. Better than being young & poor (DjDrake) or young & slutty (SG) or young, poor and slutty (Paves); am I right?

Alright, my friends. It's time for another solid little rock jam
