That's real a shame, too, because all Dungen has done since the trendy Ta Det Lugnt is become an even better band with each subsequent release. 4 is #11 on my list. Not going to happen.
Tio Bitar barely made the 100 last year, and this one had even less exposure.
This is very true. 4 is one of those albums I found myself listening to three or four times through without getting sick of it for a moment.
Good stuff.
It kinda blew me away the first time I heard it, mainly because the song playing at Reckless("Det Tar Tid") had absolutely perfect keyboards. I didn't expect that they would evolve this much since Ta Det Lugnt. One of my nice surprises of the year, I would say.

Shit, I just want to see the final results already.

Damo Suzuki: So, um, yeah. Getting older isn't as bad as it sounds. Better than being young & poor (DjDrake) or young & slutty (SG) or young, poor and slutty (Paves); am I right?
Alright, my friends. It's time for another solid little rock jam

*I defended the album as being "solid" myself but I've been shocked to see the new Beck album on a bunch of lists. I'd have to consider myself someone who's still a biased fan of the man, but it didn't even crack my top 50. I was surprised to see it on many lists at all, let alone see it ranked in peoples' top 5.
*Chinese Democracy has two #1 votes and has appeared on several lists.
God, don't let TV on the Radio or Fleet Foxes be #1. Go Portishead!
