have you people heard THE CREATION?
I laughed out loud at this.

Damo Suzuki: So, um, yeah. Getting older isn't as bad as it sounds. Better than being young & poor (DjDrake) or young & slutty (SG) or young, poor and slutty (Paves); am I right?
Alright, my friends. It's time for another solid little rock jam

Petula (Pet) Clark - Downtown
The Yardbirds - Train Kept a Rollin' (from Antonioni's Blow Up)
Whether Brit Invasion is the greatest era or not I have no opinion.

cool.

Don't feel bad. I have never heard of them, nor have I seen Rushmore. My favorite era, though, would have to be the post-punk of the late 70s/early 80s.
edit: Actually, I have seen Rushmore. Don't remember the Creation connection. Also, I don't remember the movie, apparently.
edit 2: Oh, now it's coming to me. The quirky kid and Bill Murray and the teacher chick love triangle. Yeah, that was pretty enjoyable. Still don't remember Creation.
