I always had indie rock taste down as Sage Francis and other rappers for people who don't like rap.

Holy god... I just spent the last forever of my life reading every page of this thread. First off, Paul: well done and thank you. Second, this is a really good list. There's quite a few I really liked (7 of my top 10 made the SOMB top 100) and some I need to revisit/check out. Third, looking forward to next year.
Check out the non-profit I volunteer for: Rise Up International. Buy some of their clothing and help support kids in poverty!

Second, this is a really good list. There's quite a few I really liked (7 of my top 10 made the SOMB top 100) and some I need to revisit/check out.
