Guitarist/Singer looks like a tall thin Jerry Garcia and sounds like a 60 year old black dude.
Keyboardist looks like a hippy and doesn't smoke pot.
Drummer and bassist have been a rhythm section for almost 20 solid years. (so, they're in their late 30s and the other dudes are mid 20's)
