Everytime I see this on a book cover, in a magazine advertisement, online on animated banner ad, my blood pressure rises and I feel like bursting. This is a great way for these companies and organizations to make sure that they'll never get my money. Obnoxious, stupid, modern commercial art at its most lowbrow and uncreative... I can't stand it anymore.

Well it's different when it's something that's drawn. How many cartoon characters have heads that are disproportionately large compared to the rest of their body? 50%? 75%? 90%? It's this cheap cut and paste technique with real photographs that gets on my nerves.

The really creepy thing about this one is that with the three kids to the right it's normal or near-normal heads shot from a certain perspective, but the one on the left definitely has a head so huge she wouldn't be able to stand. Mixing normal-heads and big-heads is especially strange.
