TV shows on DVD

Fortunately, there's the modern miracle of TV shows on DVD. And I've gotten into a few from this here message board. And, interestingly enough, thanks to my crazed work schedule I actually have some money to burn on this project.
So far, I've picked up:
Battlestar Galactica new series, seasons 1 + 2
Not quite a bad show, but little more than NYPD Blue in space. Still, I keep watching.
Red Dwarf seasons 1 - 8
Oh you never heard of it? Most people haven't - and that's a shame. It's fantastic. British sci-Fi Comedy that kicks ass.
Fawlty Towers
Well, duh. Of course I have this.
Monty Python's Flying Circus
Yep, got em all, even the German episodes. Essential!
Absolutely Fabulous
Yep, got alla these as well. Fuck, I love Patsy + Edina. They are sooooo wrong.
The Office - original British series
So far, I've only seen the first episode. But I loved every painfully funny minute.
Penn and Teller's Bullshit! season 1 + 2
Yeah, their tests aren't as unbiased as they like to pretend, and there's definitely some skewed and sketchy information - but it's still a lot of fun. Especially when they make salesmen test their own products unsuccessfully.
You Bet Your Life
Groucho Marx = perfect breakfast television.
Soap
Sure, it fell apart about 1/2 way thru season 3, but even after that it still had some good bits here + there.
the Muppet Show season 1
Don't you judge me.
the Best of the Electric Company
See previous entry.
Fantasy Island season 1
Sure, Tattoo's a bit annoying. Sure, the guests are interchangable. Sure, it's the same 3 stories every episode. But who cares? Mr. Roark is the coooooolest dude I've ever seen in a white suit.
Mr. Show
Still checkin' it out, and it's gettin' better.
Arrested Development
Might just be the best show I've seen in years. No, really - I can't stop watching this one.
the Young Ones
Need I say any more?
Twilight Zone 1980's version
Some good stuff in there, but not nearly as arresting as the original.
Ray Bradbury Theatre
Even weaker than the 80's TZ - but there are some good ideas occasionally.
So I'm looking to add a few others to my domain:
Family Guy
Star Trek
Star Trek the Next Generation
South Park
the Simpsons
the Sopranos
Oz
Twilight Zone original series
Six Feet Under
Now it's yer turn to tell me what else to investigate. I really haven't watched much TV in the past decade, and all I know are what people recommend. So far, I think I've done all right.
What else do I need?

Amen to Sports Night and Freaks & Geeks. Outstanding writing on both counts.I agree with getting the Simpsons. Also, you should check into Futurama, Sports Night, Freaks and Geeks, and Undeclared.

Curb Your Enthusiasm (obviously)
Wonderfalls (one of those cancelled after one season shows),
Homicide: Life on the Streets (quite pricey because the original music is still intact)
Father Ted (Learn to swear in Irish, kinda)

Also, is Ed vs. Spencer ever coming to us on dvd? There's a show that would be worth owning.

LOST!
And St. Elsewhere, although I don't think it's out on DVD, I have most of them and I'll share for the greater good of the TV community.
What do you have in mind?
This is my #1 fave drama of all time. A little maudlin and preposterous at times, but worth it for the snappy dialogue...lots of in-jokes later in its history.
Don't you judge me.
the Best of the Electric Company
No shame in that, friend. They purposely packaged it for '70s kids like us. I've got the Schoolhouse Rock DVD set for the same reason.
CTW should cobble together some early Sesame Street skits. Some of the Muppet stuff from those shows, like the stuff with Grover, the "fast breaking news" stories with Kermit reporting at a fractured fairy tale, or Ernie & Bert, are high comedy.
Another high reccomendation---The Prisoner
Read all of my stupid song parodies here. Latest song improved/ruined: "Once Again" by Girl Talk.
Listen to my stupid song parodies, recorded a capella via cell phone, at vocalo.org .(search 'agrimorfee')
Read the slowly developing history of classic putative rock band The Anderson Council at my cheap, bland blog
Might as well throw my Last.fm page here, too.

Some people are a lot like slinkys... kinda useless, not really good for anything -but still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs

"After much thought into this, I have finally come to a conclusion as to why the ‘Meet the Spartans’ commercial is so funny:
It is an interesting choice to have Sanjaya sing ‘I’m not gay,’ as his final words on earth. As he is plummeting into a seemingly bottomless pit, he does not say ‘dear god no,’ ‘I love you mom,’ or even simply ‘argh.’ He instead takes the moment to reaffirm to the world, in spite of their doubts, that he is not a homosexual. Not only that, but he continues to sing, despite falling to his certain death. The distinct lack of plausibility of this situation is what produces giggles from our mouth. It is the antithesis to the belief that ‘it’s funny because it is true.’"
