- TJENZ, What are the odds of that happening again? It's usually in the 50s and 60s, right?

Depends. If I don't go, the weather should be nice. If I attend, the forecast is for cold & rain.

- Bon Voyage, Charlie Brown. You love it because it reminds you of LA Mat.

- My favorite is the Great Pumpkin, if only for the "I GOT A ROCK" gags.

- Curry for lunch.

But of course!

The I got a rock gags are good. I also like when they use the back of Charlie Brown's head to design their jack o' lanterns.

I'll be having curry for dinner at Opart tonight. What kind of wine should I get? I'm thinking something a little bit on the sweet side to go with the spice of the food.

Red is right

You know, I never think of these things, like pairing wine...

I just buy what I like, and drink it in large quantities.

I'd abandon wine for the evening and go with saki.

Pretty sure I've never endured a Charlie Brown holiday special start to finish, not even as a child. I have no use for animated Peanuts beyond the excellent soundtrack.

Really? You're missing out. Then again, seeing how your greatest loves appear to be (in no particular order) pinball machines, on-line poker playing, Joe Satriani and St. Louis' toasted ravioli I don't know that you are...

I think, over the past 2 years or so, I've learned a lot about you computer e-ople. See!? I just made that up - it's like "people" but with the "e" thing used to describe on-line stuff.

People, people. It's all about Emmet Otter's Jugband Christmas. That shit destroys Charlie Brown on every level.

no to spoon...yes to office FREE SHOW...um, i haven't done any research, but whadda i gotta do to get into the free show? I mean, besides flash my fun bags?

Flashing the fun bags is how we get free drinks. Getting into the show only requires getting there before the place fills up.

I like funbags!

I'm going to be in the Midwest in the middle of October, but probably not in Chicago. We're probably going to fly into Columbus, Oh, on Skybus, rent a car & drive down to Lexington, Ky, and then up to Quad Cities, Ia, for my Wife's Godson's Birthday Party, and then back the way we came.

I'm not even getting to stop at the Andris Waunee Farm in Kewanee, Il, for their fantastic Fried Chicken and a Mai Tai.

Or a Duke's Italian Beef sammich.

Bacon, Caramelized Onion & Mushroom Quiche for lunch today. Leftover Quiche is one of my favorite lunches.
