I LOVE MY SISTER AND I'LL LOVE HER TONIGHT

The days when I let popular critical opinion influence my opinion about this song are over.

YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH
YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH
YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH
I LOVE MY BROTHERS ON A SATURDAY NIGHT

The last time I listened to Think Tank was probably sometime in early 2005 and it was just awful.

Damo Suzuki: So, um, yeah. Getting older isn't as bad as it sounds. Better than being young & poor (DjDrake) or young & slutty (SG) or young, poor and slutty (Paves); am I right?

Alright, my friends. It's time for another solid little rock jam

That's Graham doing the surfy guitar bit in "Battery In Your Leg," innit? That's good shit right there.

 thanks for the reminder Bill, I ought to pull this album out during work tomorrow. I remember playing it a lot the summer it came out. "Caravan" and "Battery in Your Leg" are just wonderful.

Think Tank is one of my favourite albums of the 00's so far. The whole thing seemed pretty much perfect to me, even Gene by Gene. Blur's one of the few bands that have been getting better over time.

i didnt like Tank when it came out. Lately though ive been digging it alot. It's really something i think that just because it wasnt all britpop songs, i didnt like at first, but now that i realize bands can like change their direction and do different stuff, i realize its a really really good disc.

I mostly agree with Mitchell. The album is a big mess, but judging by the same standards of anything before the eponymous album is a mistake. Blur is a very different band.

Maybe so but Think Tank would be a lot better if Coxon was on it to give some humanity to the guitar parts on even the better songs.
