really I think there's someone for everything that's leaked lately. Nothing has really been outrightly hated by everyone.
So really we need to know what type of stuff you do like before we can truly recommend good things...Perhaps you like the Deftones or something of that sort, in which case Emily Haines and Joanna Newsom would probably be a bad choice.
