I'm the biggest fangirl for GLO eva! Just ask RoBKoz or Yancy. It's true. Now y'all get yer asses to this show! Come dance with me!

RoBKoz and I were like giddy little school girls all day after getting the news. haha.

Here, have some songs:

Rich Man
Silver City

And yes, dr.jimmy, Aaron is an amazing frontman. The dude has got the moves! After the first Abbey Pub show he put his arm around me and told some girls I was from Austin to keep them from buggin' him. That was the highlight of the night for me. haha. Fangirl nerd.

The singer looks like someone you'd see mulling around an indian reservation...

Coincidentally, I just bought my ticket for this show a few minutes ago. Abbey was fairly packed last time; they could sell out Schubas in advance.

the answer is "Ola Salo"

I hate to pull this lame old "fixed" shit, but fixed all the same. Aaron from Ghostland has a strong hold on second place.

Wait, why did I reply to disagree with DrJimmy when he actually praised a band I love? Forget I said anything.

i had to look up some Ark performances. i can't judge fairly because i've seen Aaron up close.

ola seems more about camp, aaron is pure sex....both have great voices, i didn't see ola belt it out the way aaron can, but it sounds like he might be able to. ola's got a clever sense of drama, aaron's got moves that ola dreams about.

You'd have to see Ola in person. That's all I can say without becoming even more of a gay fanboy.

gay is the operative word. i don't know of another frontman in rock who projects as much pure macho sex as aaron does. the drummer from dfa1979 was close, i guess.

I'm not normally much of a music blarg reader, but I found a link to some Ghostland mashups (one Ghostface, one Kelis) via Schubas.com. Here they be: http://gorillavsbear...dy-get-low.html

There's also a Ratatat/Chamillionaire mashup. Yay blargs!
