This can't be normal. I slept for 17 hours today without waking up a single time. And I would've slept a couple of more hours if it wasn't for my phone ringing. WTF.

I just won this little Guitar Hero tournament we had at work. Except the room we were in was about 85 degrees and we were playing through a projector onto the wall, so I have a horrible headache now. And I have to do my homework for class tomorrow. Probably won't be a fun rest of the night.

I'm doing this two-day science symposium where I'm presenting the research I did over summer with a chance of winning at the state thing today and tomorrow and going to a national presentation in Florida, but today was this introductory thing where there were a few speakers and a bunch of people who were selected to present posters. ANYWAYS to kill time after real stuff they had us go on a weird "scavenger hunt" around campus that was basically just a badly planned orienteering bit. We were split into random groups and my group was mostly really nerdy-looking kids but there was this one foxy lady there.

Walking around in the below freezing weather in this ridiculous wind (insane gusts that would literally slow you down) we talked a bit and traded some laughs. When that crap was done we went to a dining hall for dinner.
As I was walking out of line, she stopped and asked where I was sitting and if she could come w/. I obliged and found another kid from the group who was sitting alone. We sat next to him and talked for a while and had the subtle flirting thing going on for about an hour talking about random stuff. When it was time to go for the day, she asked if I wanted to walk out together or whatever and of course I did. I feel like walking out alone and then waiting for a few minutes by the entrance (most people left before us) was sort of a chance to make a move or something. IDK, but it's pretty annoying, I would have asked for her number too, but she lives 2 hours away so we would never even see eachother after tomorrow. It sucks because she's like my ideal girl... v. pretty with a sort of sharp jaw and nice eyes, fun to talk to where you don't need to keep a constant conversation to avoid being awkward, and really smart. Most of the good looking girls around here aren't too bright, and that really bugs me, and this girl knows what's up and is looking to apply to Ivy's, plus she's like me and spent a ton of her summer break in a research lab. Goddamn it's like the world teases me with this great girl who is impossible to have. Fuck you, world.

I hope I meet chicks like her next year... otherwise I will never have a good relationship

That's not an equalizer, that's just a meter. Equalizers have knobs/sliders/whatever to control the frequency spectrum, not display it.
