Franklin Park isn't exactly Paris, but it looks mad decent in comparison to neighbors like Melrose Park and Northlake.
maybe it's the season we're stuck in that makes it look incredibly shitty.
the roads are crap(spring, summer, winter or fall). you can't get anywhere without waiting for some sort of train to pass through(metra or canadian rail).
