A NEW Jersey appeals court has said a couple who named one of their children after Adolf Hitler should not regain custody of their three kids.
Heath and Deborah Campbell's three small children were removed from their home in Phillipsburg by the state in January 2009, myFOXphilly.com reported

The family drew attention after a store refused to decorate a birthday cake for their son, Adolf Hitler Campbell. Adolf and siblings JoyceLynn Aryan Nation and Honszlynn Hinler Jeannie have been in foster care since then.

The appeals court ruled last week that sufficient evidence of abuse or neglect existed because of domestic violence in the home. The court sent the case back to family court for further reconsideration.

A gag order remains in place and the parties refused to discuss the decision.

Rob, you were in Puerto Rico? I was there a couple years ago for my birthday and I absolutely loved it! Good food, fun people, beautiful locations. Other than the hurricane that blew through while I was there it was the perfect trip.

Yeah, just back yesterday. Our third February trip down there. We stay in Rincon on the west coast near the north tip for the surfing and surfer lifestyle. Rincon is kind of a cross between latin and caribbean cultures too. After all it's pretty much where the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic merge.
What's great about PR is that it's a foreign country yet America. I wouldn't rent a car and traverse Jamaica but you can certainly feel safe doing it in PR. Plus no passport needed and the hassles of customs.

On my trip we started in Guanica, on the southwest ish coast, then to Ponce, then to San Juan. It'd be hard to say which one I liked the best. There is a rainforest near San Juan (El Junque?) that is truly spectacular. If you're ever on the east coast of PR it's well worth the trip. You can hike to, and swim in, several waterfalls. There are extensive hiking trails that lead you up a pretty steep mini-mountain. When you get to the top, the views are amazing.
I felt the same way you did about PR. It's American (US dollar, most people speak at least some English, no customs/passports) but it is like no city in America as it was settled by the Spanish. Then the Dutch. Then the English. And the Americans. Plus, the native Taino. It 's such a great mix of culture. I loved it.

The Socialist Monsieur Flanby came in first, with Center-Right Sarkozy second, and Le Pen 3rd and out of the run-off, but how will the vote slice now that the other Far right & Far Left candidates are gone? Will Le Pen's supporters go for Sarkozy's watered down far Right pandering, or sit the election out? If Sarkozy wins, will he have to take on some FN Ministers?

Current polling says the FN will go about 60% for Sarkozy, about 20% for the Socialists, and the rest will stay home, while the (4th in this past election) Front de Gauche is supposedly throwing all their weight behind Hollande unilaterally, allowing him to pull Center & Center Left voters without having to bow towards the Communists & allies. If Hollande can split off some of the MoDem voters who go with the UMP (currently polling as 1/3 going UMP, 1/3 going Socialist, and 1/3 staying home), it'll force Sarkozy even further right to try to draw FN voters who would otherwise stay home.

And Le Pen thinks that the UMP is going to shatter, leaving her as the only Rightist leader with a chance in 2017! With people now used to the half-way Rightist chatter of Sarkozy, and the UMP possibly on the verge breaking up if Sarkozy loses, the FN really might be on the verge of big gains next time!
