okay so i'm glad we sorted out that richest somb thing, and i fully support helmet and his money.

another question:
is it true that any sunscreen over spf 30 isn't any more effective than spf 30?
i have heard this and it really weighs heavily upon my sunscreen shopping. i would like to know the truth.

I just read something to that effect, yes--that spf 50 or 75 is no more effective than spf 30-35 because both dissipate after a couple of hours & you need to keep reapplying anyway. And no matter what, reapply your waterproof sunscreen every time you get out of the water.

I think this is cool, but capacity to and from the island on those little rafts will be a nightmare.

How are they going to get everybody to the island?

Nemo looks like a capacity problem, too.

I am planning our first trip to DL with the new kiddo during the offseason, for sure!

I watched an episode of Scrubs last night and it ended with Braff thinking "I just have to make sure I don't look like a moron!" and then slowly walking into a glass door. How big is the Scrubs thread again?

No matter what anyone says, I still think MASH is the greatest TV show ever made, and probably surpasses a lot of other non-televised media.

Haha. I'm watching it right now. I watch it almost every night that I turn my TV on. It's both funny (timeless humor) and heartwarming. And I totally would have fallen for Hawkeye if I ever had the chance.

Ah, Alan Alda. #1 with a bullet in my article titled "Marry Me, Hawkeye"... a list of the Ten Men of Television who have, in one way or another, each contributed to my cripplingly unrealistic concept of The Perfect Man.

They're both expected to be slow loading, but TSI can absorb a lot more people than the Submarine Ride ever could and the Submarines still only hold 38 people each and the TSI rafts hold 55, so Nemo's going to have much longer lines.

Really? I thought that I read somewhere that only 1/16 of visitors on a typical day will be able to make it to the island, due to the very slow process of shuttling people back and forth.

I think it's a creative use and retheming of a classic attraction. Walt never intended the parks to be a museum.
