I'm about to read the album & single EOY threads for the first time. How disgusted will I be, on a scale of one to spoon?

This was plenty funny in the first place, but your being mired in the Singles argument makes it funnier.

I know, right? Haven't tackled the album thread yet. Strength = sapped. There's no way I can begin to dive into 30 pages of that shit now. Maybe after lunch.

I'm staying out of both for the rest of the day. I think.

If anyone needs me, I'll be in the No Country for Old Men thread, clusterfucking.

The Goddamn Batman. Awesome.

Thanks for the ear advice, peeps. The doc says it's eustachian tube disorder, likely brought on by flying with allergies, which I've done a lot of lately. Explains why I've been in immense pain on those flights, so there's that. Anyway, he gave me an anti-inflammatory and a decongestant, and I'll have my fingers crossed for next week's flights.

I bought the Law and Order coloring book from that artist's (Brandon Bird's) website as a gift for my sister. Prior to mailing it to her, I took it to the office to make photocopies just to have a few pictures for myself. One of my more artistic co-workers was so amused that he busted out his colored pencils on the spot and did this.

He even stayed within the lines. And Yes, that's laminated.

The amount of time between "first hearing Of Montreal" and "getting into Of Montreal" has been very long for me.

BRAG Someone might introduce me to someone big from The New Yorker soon, if they don't flake out, as the powerful are want to do. Balls out, Feisty.

I'm not picky when it comes to jobs. For the next few years I just want to live somewhere cool; get paid for being smart and being a workaholic, then maybe go pay an institution to make me smarter. Then go back to getting paid.

My mom is the same way. I usually get her something that "goes away." Like wine. Or a gift card to her favorite restaurant. Or a bundle of wood, fire starters, pine cones, etc. This year for Christmas I'm getting her a certificate for a cooking class at the cooking school by me.

What about a ceiva? It's a digital photo frame. My parents both have one and it's great b/c all the kids can email photos directly to it. When they wake up in the morning, the new photos are on there and they can see what their grandkids are up to.

what's up with guys named Peterson killing their wives, will this be the new john wayne phenomenon
yancy
It's inevitable.

Adrian Peterson has dealt with family crisis throughout his life. He was thirteen years old when his father was sentenced to ten years in prison for money laundering in connection with illegal drugs. Nelson Peterson served nearly eight years of his prison sentence and was released in October 2006. Adrian Peterson's brother, Brian Peterson, was killed at the age of nine by a drunk driver while riding a bicycle. His stepbrother, Chris Paris, was shot and killed in Houston, Texas, one day before Adrian's participation in the 2007 NFL Scouting Combine.

What's even weirder is I think I heard that Drew and Stacy Peterson have a 2 year old daughter they named Laci. Laci Peterson. That trial was more than 2 years ago, wasn't it? It's one thing if you accidentally name your kid the same name as someone in the news. It's a whole different deal if you choose that name for your kid. Weirdos.

You should be able to do so-- just like your land line phone number can be changed. But they're going to ding you for it, and probably extend your contract.
