I've been listening to this pretty regularly over the past month. It was well received at a new year's we had at the house. Great album, Sid. Congrats!

Any plans for possibly organizing a live set at some point within the next year or so?
I don't really have any concrete offers or connections but plenty that are vaguely up in the air.

Sid,do you have the first record for sale anywhere? I really love the second record(I might even buy a physical copy) and am curious as to what the first one sounds like.

Yes we still have this item in stock - should be on the site soon.
In the meantime, here's the digital version:

Hey Sid, tried to order this, but paypal keeps telling me that it doesn't accept UK shipping addresses. Is there just something screwy with my interweb? I thought this was Parka Bruthaz "UK" after all. If need be, I've got an APO address as well.

The "UK" stands for Under Kover
the shipping glitch, I dunno. I must have forgotten to check or uncheck something when I used the PayPal button applet. Thanks for the heads-up (and check your PMs).

Thanks amigo. Just tried to send you a pm back, but don't think it got thru. I've been working with the most horrid iPhone Internet lately, which I'm sure was at the root of the problem. Anyway, got the address to work and now just psyched to hear the album. All indications point towards awesomeness. Congrats on this, cheers!

A much delayed response! If you still have a few LPs, I'm definitely interested. I really enjoyed the last one and previewed a few songs as you were working on the new one.
Unfortunately my outgoing PMs don't seem to be working. Can you PM me an alternate email address and I'll gladly send a ship to add. Thanks, man.

Bump
I've been listening to ^H a lot recently. The comparison game that always seems necessary... I was feeling a lot of Stooges (or Cohen on the vox, yeah), a bit Royal Trux here and there, some old NES frogger type soundtrack somewhere in there, futuristic robots recording songs in the vein of Bowie or Velvet Underground. Point being, it's really all over the place, with lots and lots of interesting sound textures that come out on repeated listens, but I wouldn't call it "difficult." The last track, Long Eyes Dance, would be my suggestion for "poppy first exposure to the thing." Not that it's at all "poppy" really... more like, catchy and easily identifiable as awesome.
I don't know if I'm even describing it right... or doing it justice. Whatever, it's really good.
