What the F**K? does that actually taste nice?????
Yep. You brown & crumble the sausage, then make a roux with flour & the sausage. While the roux is cooking chop up the hard boiled egg whites & mash the yolks with a fork. When the roux has cooked enough to no longer taste of raw flour, but before it's too browned, you add enough milk to make it a little more runny than you want, add the chopped eggs and cook it 'til it's the consistency you want, then serve it over split & buttered buscuits.
I think I like "Down Home" cooking like this 'cause I grew up in the Deep South: Staten Island. (10 points for those who get that joke. This offer excludes Forgo, Dr. Bill, Dr. Jimmy or GiNY).
