God, I am sick of winter. I need to wear shorts again. I am also considering making one of my cars into a convertible. Spring cruising with the top down. Can you beat that? And I even bought flower, veggie and herb seeds yesterday. 
here's to all those lovely ladies getting ready to break out those skimpy little warm weather outfits.

When we're poisoning pigeons in the park.

As we poison the pigeons in the park.
When they see us coming, the birdies all try an' hide,
But they still go for peanuts when coated with cyanide.

We've gained notoriety,
And caused much anxiety
In the audubon society
With our games.
They call it impiety,
And lack of propriety,

Of unpleasant names.
But it's not against any religion
To want to dispose of a pigeon.
So if sunday you're free,
Why don't you come with me,
And we'll poison the pigeons in the park.
And maybe we'll do
In a squirrel or two,
While we're poisoning pigeons in the park.
We'll murder them all amid laughter and merriment.
Except for the few we take home to experiment.

ahh, that explains it. it seemed irritatingly bright when i woke yesterday morning..was hung-over and didn't really put that together. i might have to invest in blinds.btw, it's freezing ass in madison today. word that it's spring hasn't hit here yet ...

Well, we had spring in January, so we need to balance and have winter now.

HA. I've woken up to daylight everyday for the past five years.
My life is a hollow waste.
Drove to the state capitol yesterday. March is absolutely the best time to be driving thru CA, in a month all the hills will be brown. Join me, won't you, for a recap of the 3-hour round trip:

We've been in the upper 70s/low-to-mid 80s for several weeks. Thankfully, we're heading back into the 60s/40s for the next couple of days.
