normally i check in & out during the day and find something worthwhile going on -- i was thinking the same thing this morning.
last weeks SOMB Madness was hilarious, but since then it's been quiet in these parts. even over on the music side, there's only a handful of threads i've bothered paying attention to. maybe everyone's out & voting today

Its a trade off, rather then getting little gold nuggets in a pile of annoying crap in etc, we now get HUGE chuncks of gold, but less frequent, surrounded by non-annoying borring stuff.
I prefer this way, a solidly good thread/laugh surrounded by stuff that doesn't annoy.

i think the music discussions have been particularly atrocious since the demise of the first board. that's why i started reading this side, i suppose.
