Yeah, I saw that film and like it, but that was 21 years ago and this film seems about on the same level, artistically.

"Just One..." IS rated PG-13. I don't remember much nudity, but some of the kinkier aspects of the conceit are touched upon briefly.

Wow, I didn't even realize that She's the Man is supposed to be a remake of Twelvth Night--I don't know if that makes me respect the thing more or less. In any event, it's pretty hysterical (especially since aside from the names and some obvious gender-bending wackiness, it doesn't seem like the movie has much to do with the play at all)

I think movies that suck when they are released, but are remade, or copied decades later are instantly catagorized as "classic." It is on the lower end of the classic scale.
