They immediately changed the recipe and the Rabbit wasn't allowed to try the "New & Improved" Trix. Way to teach kids about Bait & Switch!

A large number of people actually believe this, even doctors, professors and other folks who should know better. Hell for a while my wife even thought the fan could kill you. It took a blistering summer for her to finally see the light.
Hilariously having just read that article and thinking it was a bit silly I got up from my desk and nearly tripped over my fan's power cord.
We let them into our homes only to have them kill us when we least expect it.
This is kind of turning into the "random wikipedia entries" thread instead of what it bills itself as in the title, but I know that I've contributed to that as much as anyone.
