I prefer to download music than stream it. Blah blah blah, I'm an asshole and killing the music industry. Tough shit. Anyway...

Used to be, it was possible to download mp3's from Myspace using the DownloadHelper add-on for Firefox. Myspace got wise and changed the way it streams. For a while, there were still a few websites that could help you download from myspace, but again, they changed the code, and now none of those sites work. I usually check Hype Machine first, and a lot of times I can find whatever track I'm trying to download there, but especially when a band first posts a new track, I often can't find it there.

So, basically, doesn't anyone here know a way to download tracks from Myspace that is currently functional? I know there's software out that captures streaming audio through the sound card, but that's usually more trouble than it's worth. Anyone have a better solution?
