Chicago’s Welcome to Ashley will be performing at Double Door on Jan. 14 ( http://www.doubledoor.com/shows.php). WTA has received favorable comparisons to a number of power pop and post-punk bands, including Big Star, The Replacements, The Smiths and Psychedelic Furs. They have been featured in the Chicago Reader, Time Out Chicago, Subculture, Jangle Box, KEXP blog an Indie Rock Café, amongst many other magazines and blogs. Their songs have received airplay on WXRT, Q101 and WLUW.

Yes, the band re-posted after fixing a few things. I think that the video is like a silent comedy from the 20s, only with motorcycles and beer. They play a free show tomorrow night at Double Door. I'm glad that you dig the song.
