There's this site I found over the weekend and it's very disurbing yet very fascinating, it's www.mydeathspace.com, and it memorializes all the people that had myspace pages but are now dead. It's going under some construction but if you click on the "latest deaths" button in the upper left hand corner and it will take you to the main page. If you click on the blue box(it should be a picture but the site is kinda fucked up now) it will take you to their page and below the blue box is generally an article on their death. Have Fun!

Yeah I maybe should have posted a warning, sorry about that. But that chick with the pneumonia is very fascinating. Also there's the kids who were killed in Seattle a few weeks ago on there, and also the girl from ISU who was killed last summer is on there as well. And how the fuck are all these kids getting hit by trains, most say they were accidental but I assume it was suicide.

This is really creepy. It reminds me of when this girl down here at school got hit by a bus and killed. Everyone kept trying to add her as a friend on the facebook. People (her friends) kept writing things on her facebook wall. I thought it was kind of tacky. I dont know why. They were her friends writing it, after all. But I think its weird to remember someone on their internet profile.

it is super-disturbing, b/c it makes something so ordinary (dropping notes to your gf/bf online) so incredibly horrifying in light of what happened. on another hand - not to minimize its creepiness - the info on the profiles could provide some valuable insight (psychologically for the guilty, and perhaps personally for the victim's family). still, makes me kind of ill.

This is pretty interesting. There's one about a 15 year old kid who died by driving off the road at 4am. I found it pretty odd that they didn't at all address the fact that he was probably drunk and couldn't have possibly had a driver's license. Like who gave this kids keys to a car to begin with?

Ah this happened at my school as well.

A lot of people from my high school class died last year (long story) and their facebook profiles got deleted, but when a girl at my college committed suicide they kept it up. I think her friends kept it up as a memorial because they still write memorial-like things on her wall. BUT there are a few wall messages on it from very recently from people who clearly don't know she died. Catching-up things like, 'hey, jenny, haven't talked to you in a while!!!!!!!!!!!! how you been???!!!! luv ya!!!!!'

The internet is so so strange.
