Somali-born performer K’Naan visits the show to talk about poetry, politics and hip hop. Plus, he and his band perform live in the studio.
What a fascinating artist! It was interesting to me that he asked himself whether he had anything worthwhile to say before starting his music career. I suppose it takes someone with enough awareness to ask the question to be sure to be someone who has more than enough that is worthwhile to say.
