Socialism starts reeking of mob rule after awhile--that's my big problem with it. They make all of these rules and regulations that are supposed to be for the benifit of society, but if you are squashing the potential of the individual, then isnt that HARMFUL for society???

What do you think of the US's form of socialism? Mandated Health Insurance, for instance. To me it is more like Corporate Socialism. If you don't give up your individuality and tow the corporate line/the corporate way of thinking, then you are bascially an outlaw...

It's definitely different from what we have here, but if it enables your average person to go see the doctor for nothing or a woman to go have a baby for practically free of charge, I see no reason to complain.
