'I average study 18 hours for each test'
Hell, you might not finish school until you're 35...
Ok, I'll bite.
How many credit hours do you take, on average, per semester?
Science majors study much more than other disciplines.
Time for classes/labs, time to study, time to eat, sleep, time for music/shows.
Seems like your schedule has little time left.
I love animals, as I'm sure you do, but is the urge for a dog
a selfish desire for.
Just being the Devil's advocate.
OMG! YOu have me pinned down perfectly! What a fool I was for thinking I could get a dog. Thanks for putting me in my place.
The best pet owners I have seen on college campuses are vet students. And how much time do they have? I understand where you are coming from with that, but Ive thought about this good and hard. I know a lot about animals, and I know a lot about owning an animal, how to take care of it, the committement. Ive been up to my elbows in life with dogs and animal shelters. I know what it takes. And saving a dog from a shelter is anything but a selfish desire.
So its not just on a whim, this seems like a great idea, sort of thing. Ive thought it through. My parents are the rulers of "you cant have any responsibility, you cant handle that sort of thing" naysayers. And they support me all the way on this because they know what kind of owner Id be and how I would take care of it.
time to eat? are you kidding me? sammich as I walk to class=1 minute.
edit: and i study in tiny blocks thank you very much. there is no disappearing for 5 hours at a time. otherwise Id be cramming, not learning. but thats my study style
