This sounds a little like the bar I want to open with my brother-in-law. It would be called La Musica and the key feature would be one of those huge fish tanks behind the bar, only instead of fish we'd have chihuahua's dressed up in fancy little life vests and those fez hats like the Shriners wear. We figure we'd have PETA picketing the bar within the week -- free publicity!
