I don't feel anxious about first dates anymore. People are always like "What if you run out of something to say.?"

Well, it doesn't happen, hence the term "flow of the conversation". You can squeeze hours of conversation and some gags just from talking about her favourite band. In fact, I preffer to listen than to talk, so I'm even less nervous.

I've not been this excited since my tip to buy some AC/DC CDs this morning!

The only thing I have to worry about is that I don't get legless before her (I have done this twice before and it's never good, if you can't run up some stairs and pronounce floccinaucinihilipilification, you've made a tool of yourself).

Best of all, she has a decent taste in music! She listens to Franz Ferdinand, The Kaiser Chiefs and The Rolling Stones. I swear this could be the one that gives me the second date!

I did have a date.

As it went, I made her laugh a bit, we had fun and about an hour and a half in she tells me she isn't ready for a relaitonship with anyone.

So I drank a bit more.
