i'm sorry, but i have never heard a ringtone in my life that hasn't annoyed the hell outta me. some doofus with headphones in the library here just had his red hot chili peppers ringtone go off mighty loudly (not good chili peppers either - newer stuff. sadly, my boss has a 'californiacation' ringtone. i don't get it). at least the kid heard his phone ringing over whatever crap he was listening to on his headphones. they don't always

And for people who want to upload their own schnazz on their phones, I recommend the site 3gupload.com. You pay a base fee for like six months, somewhere around 8 bucks, and you can upload any files to their server and they will reformat them to become ringtones. Thanks to that site, I have the Silver Jews "Punks in the Beerlight" as my phone ringtone. It just repeatedly goes "I love you to the max!" I also have the chorus of Nada Surf's "Popular" and the theme from Curb your Enthusiasm. That site is tits, I say.

Mine is a generic, built-in one on my Nokia. I like it because it sort of sounds like a lost theme to some Street Fighter-ish videogame and it gets me pumped up and excited to answer the phone. Also, it's the least annoying out of the batch that I can choose from.
