What I heard of that on the radio last year was pretty good. I'm going to suggest that for some people, this will be there album of the year.

Sorry I just don't dig the vocals. He reminds me of the fruitcake from the B52's. I can't listen to it.
I wish more singers sounded like B-52's Bloke. He ruled.

not sure if the album has leaked yet, friend sent me a promo that Mark Arm gave him, don't wanna be the dude to leak his copy. i'm sure promos have been sent out by now though, but they're not exactly a hotly anticipated act anymore, so may take a bit.

thing is, it depends, because Dylan has had many periods of his life where his voice was actually quite good imo. sure it's shot now, and for much of the early 90's it was just uninitelligble, but listen to Carnegie Hall 1963, his voice sounds amazing imo. i'm not talking technically ala: Jeff Buckley or anything, but damn... Bejar's sounds like Bowie with a bad head cold most of the time (not always a bad thing, just saying).
i have the first single, which is pretty sweet, but that's awesome if the full thing is out there.
Well yeah, but the average person looking to mock Dylan will go for the voice. It's just one of those things he's sort of notorious for. The same seems to go for Bejar. Whethere it's always accurate, or if the person making the accusations is even familiar with Dylan's voice as a young man, really isn't the point.

Hope. After double checking, I can confirm that B-52's Bloke was great. Not in the tecnhical sense (surely you can appreciate singers who aren't very good, judging by your av), but he made the most of what he had. He had a ton of charisma and great delivery, and would be a breath of fresh air in this age of fake emoting.
