It's all acoustic with extremely haunting vocals. Kinda a Miranda/Televators angle but I also got a Devendra Banhart vibe from it. Holy crap, is it amazing though. I love it.

I know I haven't heard it, but I don't feel like its the single. likely a leaked track from the album.

With them you never know. Televators was their single off Deloused. The Widow was their single off Frances. Though either way, I love it.

I am a huge Mars Volta fan, but honestly I dont know whether I should listen to the leaked song, or just hold out till the entire album leaks and listen to it as a whole... hmmm.

In my experience Muse isn't a band that grows. The best listens to their previous albums were the early listens. I didn't hear anything musically in the new one that suggested any change to that, if anything it suggested a regression. Some of those "musey" piano-loops sound just plain lazy. I can't remember any hooks at all, Absolution was chock full of them.

In fairness I was really tired when I listened to it, I'll give it another shot for sure.

This isn't a single. but it doesn't sound shitty like Frances The Mute does, so maybe there's still hope for this band.
