Hey, it's eleven more songs that we can obnoxiously sing while waiting in line at shows.

I still need to pick up my ticket for Boris.
Pavement Ist Rad
I was thinking of just paying at the door. But, for 25 extra cents, I can experience the satisfaction of the ticket being delivered directly to my place of residence. This really isn't that difficult of a decision.
Undercooked Sausage
I don't wanna risk it, you know how many BORIS fans are out there. God, like millions.

Sparks - No. 1 In Heaven

I need to check that band out some more. The only album that I've heard is "Kimono My House", which didn't really grab me. Although, maybe I need to give it a few more listens.
Is "No 1" a better album to start with?
zeb

If you like disco more than bombastic, early 70s sort-of-glam-rock, then yes. And who knows, you might even like their first two records (the ones before Kimono..., which have the titles Sparks and A Woofer In Tweeter's Clothing). How about drumless, heavily orchestrated, hypnotic 21st century wonderfulness? Grab yourself a 'Lil Beethoven. Hell, maybe even a Hello Young Lovers. It's hard to say with Sparks.

Lately I've been spinning Sabbath's Paranoid and Sabotage a lot, my boyfriend's band is covering Symptom of the Universe so it's kind of everywhere.

I don't listen to a whole lot of really recent music, but I've really been loving these...

I saw Bloc Party in concert recently and was very impressed. I just got 'All the Roadrunning' last night so I haven't had a chance to listen to the whole thing yet, but what I've heard so far is beautiful.

In older tunes I've been listening to the Buena Vista Social Club album after watching the movie again, Bob Dylan's The Bootleg Series, Vols. 1-3 : Rare And Unreleased, 1961-1991 and a little of my girl Patsy Cline.

It's all over the place stylistically, and it's often very sloppy... but it's a hell of a lot of fun.
I would probably rank it as my second favorite album by the Mats after "Let It Be".
