First listen on Leave Home. A lot of it sounds like the first album,But I don't mind because the music is so damn fun. Also, the bonus concert on this disc is amazing and worth the price of the disc by itself.

I've been listening to a lot of psychedelic stuff and things with fuzzed out guitars lately.

You can only stream them/access them with an account. No MP3's. I did capture an exhibit as they're called, recording it real time as an MP3 that I posted a month ago or so.

Telling ya', it's worth 15 bucks a year.

MCA get well / appreciation listening session starting now:

Fuck cancer.

First listen. It's catchy,But it's too damn long. They could easily trim some of the fat here and have a fine britpop album,But as it is there is a lot of filler(It Could Be You,He Thought Of Cars,Entertain Me, and Yuko and Hiro all do nothing for me.).

Why oh why did I wait so long to hear this? "CCTV Nation." Fuck.

First listen and this is so much better than the last one I listened to.This album doesn't drag at all and it seems that the band is exploring new territory here.Good Stuff.

seriously overlooked yet awesome 60s psychedelic album. total sgt. pepper worship.

I used to hate that record, but have warmed to it and play it a lot these days. Good stuff.

Still, it's their worst '60s album.

if you listen to it as a stones album i guess it's pretty easy to take offense. if you just listen to it as an almost anonymous psychedelic record it works much better. i can still hear the blues in it though. that's what i like about it actually, it's like the bluesiest psych album going.

There was quite a bit of that going around in the late '60s. Love Sculpture, early Johnny Winter - even Muddy Waters did a psych record. The Stones were definitely ahead of the curve with this.

Yes. This is good. Nothing especially new, and it lacks the technical devastation of OX on initial listen. But it's good stuff.
