I just thought of a really good idea. Could everyone that reads music blogs/ music websites post what sites they read or find good albums on? I think this would help everyone.

Sites/Blogs I'm reading now/ checking out:

I was hoping to get it ASAP b/c I'm in the midst of a heated debate and need to use it to win my side of the argument.

Indeed, I don't need it from the standpoint it would enhance my music listening experience. But I do need it to win a particular argument.

That the lead singer of OAR has made a career out of copying Ryan Adams' voice. Have you ever gotten in an argument w/ an OAR fan? I highly recommend it.

In 03, me and my ladypal went to the Scion/Sprite Liquid Mix Sumer Tour.

For like 10 bucks (and surprisingly little advertising in your face all day) you got to see:
The Roots
Talib Kweli
Robert Randolph
N.E.R.D.

and for some fucking reason that to this day I still dont full "get"

OAR

(they headlined)

I've never seen a crowd push for the exits at a show so fast.

I guess OAR are big with the Frat Rastafari set or something.

In summation, fuck OAR.

No. Not anymore. AustinMusicScene's link wasn't working for me but the argument has passed anyways. If I carried on it would just turn ugly.
JeffTweedysFatStomach
I'd say OAR are far worse than Creed. I also don't see the comparison between their hack singer and Adams. Say what you will about Ryan Adams, but he does have a very good voice. OAR's guy sounds like he could be quickly replaced by any of the fratboys who idolize them/use them to help screw drunk, brainless chicks.

P.S. This is really random but I'm missing the first track from Tegan and Sara's newest album, The Con. I believe it's called "I Was Married" or something like that. Thank you!
