She deserved both of her wins.

Sure she deserved Boys Don't Cry, but I'm not so sure about Million Dollar Baby. That was too easy...jeez, it took Katherine Hepburn a number of decades to get her three.

Yea I think she deserved it for Boys Don't Cry. Million Dollar Baby was just a pile of crap as far as I'm concerned but she got buff, learned how to box, bled alot and died so I guess that's what the Academy likes. Maybe she'll be the new Tom Hanks

Dangerous Minds 3 aka Freedom Writers is actually one of the best films of this genre, right up there with stand and deliver and lean on me. Don't get me wrong there were some cornball moments but overall it was a story worth telling.
